Emergency Staffing Solutions (ESS) is a growing company with the potential for continued growth. Since its inception in 2001, we have grown to over 30 employees.
ESS emphasizes its ability to promote from within whenever possible. Positions within our company include Physician Recruiters, Schedulers and Credentialers. These positions generally require individuals with an attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, a personable and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task.
We offer competitive salaries and a benefit package including health, dental, vision and 401(k) plan. In addition, there is a fitness room on the second floor of the building with state-of-the-art equipment that we encourage our employees to utilize during the work day. We also provide a personal trainer who provides free abs classes twice a week.
Potential candidates with at least a two year degree and some healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates should possess the desire to develop both personally and professionally in a fast-paced environment. We offer a relaxed atmosphere where casual attire is permitted.
ESS is conveniently located in North Dallas on Preston Road with easy access to the Dallas North Tollway and Highway 190. Our business hours are 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, there are circumstances that require staying past 5:00PM. Most of our positions require little or no travel outside the Dallas office.
